Customer and Product Selection sucks !!

Yes, Their sales pitch reminded me of many TIMESHARE pitches . But I thought maybe I'd find better merchandise. Not so fast, They carry just a few items from each line. They make you believe that Direct LIE can sell you what you'd like to buy. However any item I have requested a price from Direct Buy , The answer was the same(we don't carry that product from that manufacturer. I wasted $5000 on a worthless membership. They only have the best of everything so if the designer name is what you want, I guarantee these are only items that the manufacturer couldn't unload in another country, They bring it here for us.
